Currently, he works for Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County as their Senior Project Director, where he focuses on creating sustainable housing solutions and improving the lives of local families. His passion for service started early, when he was an Interactor in high school for four years, serving two of those years as Interact Club President. That commitment continued into his time with the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls, where he has been an active member for over five years and has had the honor to serve as a Two-time Club President, also making him
Beyond his professional and service commitments, his family is at the heart of everything he does. Todd is happily married to his wife, Hayley, and they share their home with Sugar, a 2-year-old rescue puppy. Balancing work, service, and family, Todd strives to lead with integrity, purpose, and a strong commitment to giving back to the community.
Though he may be young, Todd is certainly not inexperienced. His dedication to Rotary and community service will soon take an even greater step forward when, at the age of 25, he becomes the youngest District Governor ever in Rotary District 7210 in July 2027.
District Governor Nominee Designee - Steve Laubach (2028-2029)
Steve is a Charter Member of the Highland Rotary, joining in 1984 and serving as its third President in 1986-87. He has held the presidency five additional times (2005, 2006, 2014, 2023, 2024), leading the club in launching impactful initiatives such as the Hudson Valley Ribfest, a community book project, Junior Achievement at Highland Elementary, police vehicle cameras, AED devices, and a water project in El Salvador. Steve encourages members to leverage their talents and passions for
community service. At the district level, he served as Assistant Governor (2011-13), District Secretary (2013-14), and District Conference Chair for multiple years. Steve retired in 2023 from a 42-year insurance career. Steve’s community involvement includes serving on the Town of Lloyd Police Reform Committee, Board of Ethics, Street Safety Committee, and as Treasurer of the Highland Business Association. He also coached youth baseball. Steve and his wife Debbie have three grown children and two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys golf and baseball.
