Attention Rotary Club Presidents & Secretaries,

Each year at this time, your Club has the opportunity to nominate a member or members of your Club for the position of District Governor for 2023-24 (must be a Rotary Club Past President)

Any Club may submit a written nomination on or before October 9, 2020 for the above Officer by delivery via email to the District's Nominating Chair PDG Cindie Kish at, of the following:

  1. Letter of nomination certified by the Club Secretary, stating that by Club action the Club nominates a qualified member(s) for the specific Office(s).

  2. A short summary of each candidate's Rotary history and activities as well as their community and vocational achievements.

  3. Signed confirmation by each candidate that they have read our District's By-Laws and that they completely understand the requirements of the specific Office for which they are nominated, and if elected they will fulfill the required duties.

There shall be no campaigning or electioneering on behalf of any candidate other than by means of the above materials. Nomination materials will be provided to the Nominating Committee members by the Nominating Committee Chair not more than fifteen days prior to the scheduled meeting of said committee. Interviews and/or selection for the nominated Candidates will take place on December 7, 2020.
